Macaroni in Aachen

Very special cuisine, you have to like it, but if you start the experiment, then the staff should also be accordingly, service like in the classic chip shop. Dear operator, the concept doesn't fit.

We were completely blown away. Good cost-performance ratio. The restaurant is really extremely tastefully furnished. No cheap decoration, instead the colors were really well matched. The correctness of the staff is really impressive. I can really recommend the restaurant!

If you are looking for a nice ambience, Macaroni is the place to be. However, I find the food below average for the prices. The recipes lack finesse and modernity. Two of the pasta dishes were already out at 7:00 p.m. on a Saturday. The service was very friendly but not really attentive. People seldom asked about drinks, and people at the other tables sometimes had nothing to drink for over 15 minutes before the service arrived. All in all a relatively expensive restaurant for Aachen with mediocre food. In terms of price / performance, there are some really much better restaurants in the immediate vicinity (500m).

Very good Italian food in a somewhat dusty but interesting atmosphere. The operation was new and not yet fully incorporated, but all the more friendly, but of course that is a snapshot (as of September 27, 2020)

The decorations on the squares and in the entire restaurant are acceptable and aesthetic. The toilets are always clean and all in all the place gives a nice impression. I think the selection is wide and so far, whatever has tasted absolutely bombastic that I got in front of me. I'm sure I will come here with my relatives and I can rely on being looked after without complaint. I found the command extremely appealing.

Please do not come shortly before the opening hours. I also asked on the same day by phone when the kitchen would close and when we came later the kitchen was closed earlier than stated. The second time that this has happened, I think about trying it a third time.

Did not get hot or cold. The service was purely business. My dish, pork steaks pasta was rather bland and my wife's lasagna had little flavor and bland. We sat outside on the terrace, unfortunately above the basement grate with the necessary odor from the kitchen located in the basement.

Good value for money, we had a very friendly service. The food tasted very good. Special requests were also fulfilled, such as olives and bread 🍞 for the drinks.

Delicious. Understandably, in pairs at the end of a full charge overwhelmed but delicious. Italian in creative and with homemade pasta. Delicious cocktails and you can just ask which wine is the best: absolutely recommendable.

Very tasty and authentic Italian restaurant. The pasta is homemade and the filled pasta is really something special. But the other dishes my companions ate were also great. Absolutely excellent quality. The service was super friendly and courteous. We will definitely be back

Best way to eat Italian near the Dom, just love how they prepare our food and we didn't wait for too long. The atmosphere is just fantastic. Try sitting in the left side where the open windows are and just watch people passing by and drinking your coffee. We also had 1 Tiramisu as dessert and was enough to feed 2 persons. ..bit pricey but it worth it.

bad service and average food

Pizza was too dry, and for earl grey tea they gave me just "Lipton".. I expected for such good looking restaurant definitely more :(

Prices are high, and pizza has nothing to do with italian pizza, it was dry and burnt. 😐Go to VaBene instead! 👌

The place is owned by Italian. They know how to cook, however their food is average. For that price I think you're buying location and ambience, and not gourmet Italian. In fact one of the dishes was terrible.

I like the place. But a bit expensive, we paid 50 euros for 2 people ordering 1 pizza and 1 pasta and 1 appetizer and 2 beers. Also, i would like them to have more varieties such as pizza with pesto sauce. Thanks

I felt magically transported to Italy. Homemade pasta and Tiramisu just divine.

Yummy food , good location

Prices are high and taste isn't good, especially lemon sauce with noodles and schnitzels (only common pork).
